10 THINGS I LOVE ABOUT TRAVEL:
I am once again on the road and basically live in constant motion and can never properly answer to the question I get asked most often “but where do you actually live?”.
Some people may think that I am running away from something and avoiding “real life” but the opposite is true. I am avoiding the idea of “real life” most people accept without a second thought, and live the rest of their lives chained by other’s expectations. Life goes fast, I am the youngest I will ever be, and I only want to look back and remember all the adventures I had with zero regrets.
So, to celebrate my home-free life, I decided to share with you a list of things that makes me love the lifestyle so much, to prove to you that I am in fact not being chased by anyone.
- Travel requires my full attention, so it forces me to always be fully present
- It opens my mind to the limitless possibilities life has to offer
- Meeting people from all walks of life humbles me
- I get to appreciate the incredible landscapes and nature of our planet
- New food!!!! New cuisines!!
- I become more resilient and stronger the further and deeper I travel
- I realize the world is an extension and reflection of me
- Each place brings me closer to myself
- Staying out of a routine keeps me young and happy
- And the feeling of freedom and peace that comes with travel is indescribable!
